I've seen a lot of things in hospitals. A lot of the times the things that you see, are things you never wished you seen. This gallery here just blows my mind. Let's go for the desert first. Check out the last couple pictures in this gallery. You'll see that the patient gets to dump his load all over the pretty nurse. I can't believe something like this would happen in real life. I'm starting to wonder if this is really a nurse. Maybe she just dressed up as a nurse. I don't know, but I wish I knew just one nurse like this one.
I can't imagine how fun it would be to cum all over a nurse's face. If I was sick, I sure wouldn't be feeling sick after creaming all over a pretty face.
