Either this guy's family was in on a gag or this guy is really sick. He's in the critical care unit. That's where they put people that aren't doing so good. In fact, they might even die. It is shocking to watch this nurse please him for maybe the last time. I don't know what words were said to this nurse. Maybe śGo fuck him and we'll give you a thousand dollarsť. I'm not saying she's a whore, but maybe for the right price.

Also knowing that her patient is on his way out, could have also been motivation. I know nurses want to care for their patients until their dying breath. It very well could be that she did all this out of the kindness of her heart. Then again, maybe she has a thing for guys that are almost ready to die.
